The consortium of partners is expecting a set of tangible and intangible result to have matured by the end of the 24 months of the present cooperation, divided among tangible and intangible:
Tangible Results:
- Research Toolkit which will be including the innovative tools. The Toolkit will have an educational approach as it is based on NFE – International Piloting successfully implemented with the involvement of educators/trainers from partner organizations (5 educators/trainers per country/partner).
- Guidebook, in the form of a physical book and an E-book, providing orientation and methodological guidance for operators in the implementation of entrepreneurial oriented public speaking involving young adults.
- Web platform in multiple languages, during the development of it, will include a Tutorial.
Furthermore, it will be including E-Modules for the self-development of operators and young adults, in the field of public speaking and communication skill development.
- Multiplier Event implemented per each partner country with the participation of 100 individuals among the general public, local adult operators, educators, young adults, and stakeholders per Event.
Intangible Results:
- Stakeholders and policy-making authorities provided with meaningful insights and concrete pathways for the improvement of sectoral policies/offers in the field of young adult’s empowerment.
- Operators from each partner country provided with the knowledge, competences, and methodologies to be active, in cooperation among them, in supporting the entrepreneurial mindset/ thinking and empowerment of public speaking skills.
- Young adults in partner countries sensitized to greater participation in education and training in general as well as stimulated in self-development regarding the public speaking practice.
- Consolidate framework of cooperation allowing partner organizations to be active on the topic exchanging information and proposing follow-up initiatives, also with the involvement of interested stakeholders
